2 Order
2.1 When you place an order, the price of the product is based on the date indicated on this website. No fee will be deducted in any circumstances once the order is placed (i.e. sales campaign)
2.2 The prices of all products on this website are calculated in Hong Kong dollars.
2.3 Cancellation of the action of purchasing is not applicable to this website.
2.4 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept your orders for any reason, including but not limited to (a) the goods you ordered do not have sufficient inventory. (b) Failure to arrange delivery for your area. (c) The price indicated on one or more of the items ordered by you is in error due to a human error or a computer error or incorrect pricing information provided by the supplier.
2.5 Once we receive your order, we will confirm your order by a confirmation email, however, the email is not a proof of confirmation of delivery.
2.6 The inventory supply of the goods is for reference only and should not be relied upon as a definitive statement as to whether or not the goods you intend to purchase are in stock.
2.7 We use third party payment services for online transactions. When you make an order, you agree and accept that, subject to its terms and conditions, your credit card details will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider. You agree and accept that you will be solely responsible for any losses incurred by you in the conduct of your credit card transactions, and we shall not be liable for any loss in whole or in part under any circumstances.
2.8 When the product you have purchased has been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the product. When the product has been delivered to you, you are solely responsible for the risk of holding the product and we will not be liable for the loss or damage of the product.
2.9 A refund will be arranged only in circumstance of the inability in goods provision.
2.10 If your order is cancelled, a notification email will be sent to your contact email address and will deposit the refund (any amount deducted from your credit card) into your payment account within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the notification email.
3 Delivery Service
3.1We will deliver your ordered goods through our logistic department staff to the shipping address provided by you. Upon the receipt of the merchandise, you agree to present a photo ID for identification. Goods are deemed to be received by you when the goods are delivered to the shipping address provided by your registered account. If you fail to receive the merchandise for any reason, you agree and accept that there is risk for us to charge you an additional fee for the same order or cancel your order.
3.2 The delivery service will be postponed when the gale signal hangs, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect or if we determine that the delivery is unsafe.
3.3 Unless otherwise specified, a delivery fee of HK$50 will be imposed for each shipment. We currently offer free shipping for orders over HK$500 (only for a single delivery location).
3.4 Free shipping is only available for shipping addresses in Hong Kong.
3.5 Delivery time may be affected by inventory conditions.

4.1 You agree, assure and promise do not distribute or transmit any computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses program that are harmful, intrusive, and may intend to harm any hardware, software, device operation monitor on our website.
